FAQ About Sector-A and The Houston Live Music Scene
The Houston area music scene is vibrant. There are many wonderful venues and bands to visit all across the greater Gulf Coast region. Sector-A is proud to be one of the leading rock and pop cover acts in the area and we keep our calendar full - booking nearly a year in advance.
We want to perform for as many people as possible. We want to see as many people dance, tap their feet, bob their head, raise their glass and cut loose with us for an evening of fun and nostalgia. Most venues have us back for multiple repeat performances, so if we were in your neighborhood and you missed our show, be sure to follow our social media, and the social media of your favorite local venues to see when we'll next hit your town.
Better yet - if your favorite local venue hasn't booked us, please recommend that they contact us. Share our website with them and ask them to book Sector-A as soon as our availability allows.
Sector-A is a dynamic rock and pop variety act that has a special focus on paying tribute to the synth-rock era that was so popular in the 80's and beyond.

With enough advanced notice, we will certainly consider learning a special song for you - as long as it fits our vocal range and instrumentation. Send us an email and we can discuss it.
We are based in the Kingwood Texas area, but often play all over Houston and the Gulf Coast areas. We can often be found performing in Kemah, Galveston, Houston, The Woodlands, Katy and many other cities in the area.
If your venue is outside of our usual tour area, feel free to contact us and we can discuss traveling to your location.
Sector-A is primarily a tribute to the synth-rock and pop covers from the 80's and beyond. We pride ourselves in bringing a very nostalgic, fun and danceable event to every venue. That being said, we may be in the process of writing and recording some fresh new material that will be released soon. Stay tuned.
